Stages of branding project

01 __ Briefing
We'll have a meeting with you in Pilsen, Prague or online and discuss your task. We will define the main stages, terms and direction of work. We'll identify the goals and criteria for the success of the project. Result: terms of reference and a branding development brief.
02 __ Brand audit + Competitive analysis
We will analyze your brand (positioning, visual, identity and touchpoints) in order to get a reliable and objective picture of your brand's position in the market. In parallel, we will analyze the competitive environment and find out how competitive your brand is. We will identify strengths and weaknesses and find opportunities for further development.
03 __ Positioning
Based on the brand audit and analysis of the competitive environment, we will develop brand positioning. It is about concretization of the target audience, definition of the visual language of the brand and tone of voice. As a result you'll get a brand positioning map and audit.
04 __ Identity Concept
Based on positioning, we will create two concepts of brand identity. At this stage, the identity will include logo, corporate elements and techniques, colors and typography, photo style recomendations. We'll show it using 4-7 brand carriers as an example.
05 __ Revision
The choice of one concept from the two developed. After a joint discussion we'll define edits to the concept.
06 __ Identity finalisation
Based on the selected and refined concept, we design the remaining identity carriers with relevant content.
07 __ Brandbook + Preparation of materials
We are preparing for you a guide on the use of corporate identity and recommendations on strategy and brand positioning. At the same time, we prepare all materials for printing and usage.

Realisation + Support
